TotalLead: where the leads we send you actually get worked.
Buying insurance leads is the easy part. Making sure every one of them reaches the right producer, gets followed up, and does not quietly die in an inbox is where agencies lose money. TotalLead is the platform our insurance clients use to receive, route, and close the leads we supply, alongside every lead they generate themselves.
The problem it was built to solve
An agency signs up for leads. They arrive by email. A producer forwards a few to a colleague, someone copies a batch into a spreadsheet, and two weeks later nobody can say which leads were called, which were quoted, or which were never opened at all.
The leads were fine. The handling was the problem. TotalLead exists because we kept watching clients pay for good leads and lose them to an inbox.
Every lead in one pipeline, whatever the source
Leads reach a TotalLead account four ways, and once they arrive they are all treated the same:
- Leads we supply. The leads Archway Point sends you land in your account automatically as they come in. No forwarding, no export file, no delay.
- Forms on your own site. A quote request form on your website posts straight into your pipeline. These endpoints need no API key, so the form can live on any site you control.
- Dealership submissions. Partner dealerships get their own intake form and a dealer code, so every lead is attributed back to the dealership that sent it.
- Import and API. Bring a list in from CSV, or push leads programmatically from another system through the REST API.
Routing that puts the lead in front of the right person
Routing is rule-based and deliberately simple to reason about. Each rule reads a field on the incoming lead, checks whether it contains a value you specify, and assigns the lead to an agency when it matches. Rules run in priority order, so specific rules go first and a catch-all sits at the bottom to make sure nothing lands nowhere.
You can route by territory, by dealership, by product, or by any field the lead carries. When a lead is assigned, the assigned agency gets an email notification and the lead shows up in their queue.
A pipeline your producers can actually keep current
Every lead moves through four states: new, contacted, quoted, and sold. That is intentionally short. Pipelines with fourteen stages get abandoned within a month because updating them is a chore, and a pipeline nobody updates is worse than no pipeline at all.
Four states are enough to answer the questions that matter: what came in today, what has not been touched, what is out for quote, and what actually closed.
Built for auto dealership referrals
A significant share of insurance leads originate at the point someone buys a vehicle. TotalLead handles that path specifically. Dealerships submit through a dedicated form that captures the customer's contact details along with the VIN and vehicle description, tagged with the dealer's own code.
Because the vehicle details arrive with the lead, your producer can start on a quote instead of calling to ask what the customer just bought. Dealer attribution is automatic, so you can see which partnerships are producing.
A real API, not a checkbox on a feature list
TotalLead ships with a documented REST API so your leads are never trapped in someone else's interface.
Authenticated and rate limited
API keys are issued per account, with rate limits applied so one integration cannot affect anyone else. Keys are managed from inside the application.
Full lead lifecycle
Create a lead, create many at once through the bulk endpoint, list and filter leads, fetch a single lead, and update one as its status changes.
Form endpoints without a key
Separate endpoints accept plain HTML form posts with no key in the page source, so a public quote form can submit directly without exposing credentials.
Documented, with real errors
Published documentation covers authentication, rate limits, the lead object, and the error responses, so an integration can be built without guessing.
Who it is for
TotalLead is provided to Archway Point clients as part of their lead program, not sold as a standalone subscription.
Insurance Agencies
Agencies receiving leads from us that need every one of them assigned, followed up, and accounted for, with visibility into what each producer is actually working.
Multi-Producer Offices
Offices where leads have to be split across several people. Routing rules handle distribution automatically instead of someone forwarding emails all morning.
Dealership Partnerships
Agencies with referral relationships at car dealerships who need attributed, quote-ready leads coming in from each partner.
Common questions
How do I get access to TotalLead?
TotalLead is provided to Archway Point insurance clients rather than sold as a standalone subscription. Accounts are created and approved by us as part of setting up your lead program, so there is nothing to sign up for on your own. If you want an account, get in touch and we will talk through whether it fits how your agency works.
Where do the leads in my account come from?
Two places. The first is leads Archway Point supplies to you, which arrive in your account automatically as they come in. The second is your own sources: forms embedded on your website, leads you import from a spreadsheet, or anything you push in through the API. Both land in the same pipeline, so your producers work one list instead of checking four places.
Can it handle leads from car dealerships?
Yes, and that is one of the things it was built around. Dealerships get their own intake form and a dealer code that tags every submission back to them. The form captures the details an auto policy actually needs, including VIN and vehicle description alongside the customer's contact information, so the lead arrives ready to quote instead of needing a follow-up call to gather basics.
What happens when a lead comes in?
Routing rules decide where it goes. Each rule looks at a field on the lead, checks whether it matches a value you specify, and assigns the lead to an agency if it does. Rules run in priority order, so you can put narrow rules first and a catch-all last. Assignment triggers an email notification, and the lead appears in that agency's queue as new.
Can I get my data out?
Always, and without asking us. Every view exports to CSV, and the API returns the same data programmatically. Your leads are your leads. If you ever stop working with us, you leave with the full history rather than a support ticket asking for it.
Does it replace our agency management system?
No, and it is not trying to. TotalLead handles the front of the funnel, from a lead arriving to it being worked, quoted, and marked sold. Your AMS handles policies, servicing, and renewals after that point. The API exists so the two can pass data between them rather than making your team enter the same customer twice.
The same team, the same approach
TotalLead was designed, built, and is operated by Archway Point. It is the clearest example of what we mean when we say we build practical business systems rather than brochure websites.
